Are you confused about Cape Town’s drought or terrified at the prospect of running out of water? Perhaps, like us, you’ve been frantically reading all the articles desperately trying to make sense of the contradictory statements, looking for someone to blame (at least momentarily) but more importantly trying to find out what you can do so that there’s still water to flush your toilet in mid-2018.
