Our legal status

EMG is legally registered as a not-for-profit trust (Reg.No. IT 921/95)

An independent Board of Trustees governs EMG and decides on finance, policy and direction. EMGs Director (who is a full-time staff member and a trustee ex-officio) manages the full-time professional staff members.

EMG is also registered with the Department of Social Development as a Non-Profit Organisation,
